Camp Mystic flood survivor finds hope through grief support after cousin’s death

A year after surviving the Camp Mystic flood that claimed her cousin Lulu’s life, 10-year-old Dot is finding hope in an unexpected place.

Dot Quisenberry, a survivor of the Camp Mystic flood, is receiving grief support through Community Foundation grantee The WARM Place, a Fort Worth-based children’s grief center.
