Buc-ee’s admits it can give away cash benefits for customers – all you have to do is fill out a form

BUC-EE’s has rolled out a way for customers to claim cash benefits.

Eligible participants simply have to fill out a form to be considered.

Buc-ee’s is offering donations to nonprofits in communities where the gas station supercenter operates.

To request a contribution, nonprofits have to fill out a form on the chain’s website.

The organization must share how the donation will be used and how it will benefit the community they serve.

To be eligible, the nonprofit must specifically be a 501(c)(3), which are tax-exempt organizations.

Buc-ee’s reviews requests during the first week of the financial quarter.

If an organization’s request is approved, they will receive a phone call during the second week of the quarter.

The chain noted that over two million requests have been made since 2020.

Buc-ee’s notably donated $1million to Texas flood relief after the devastating natural disaster claimed 135 lives in the Hill Country in 2025.

Buc-ee’s CEO Arch “Beaver” Aplin III presented the check to the Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country on the Lend a Hand segment of the Today show.

Host Al Roker noted that it was the largest donation ever made during the segment.

Buc-ee’s currently has 56 locations – with plans to open six more locations across six states.

The chain, which was founded in Texas, has two locations in the Hill Country.
